When you're tracking more than a couple of brands, the data lives across multiple project dashboards. Checking on all of them means switching between projects one at a time. Project Hub puts everything in one place.
Project Hub is the centralized view inside Writesonic's GEO platform that shows every brand-monitoring project in your workspace on one screen, with AI Visibility, Citation Share, and trend data per project.
What each project card shows
Every project in your workspace gets its own card. Each card displays:
- AI Visibility score with a period-over-period delta (green arrow up, red arrow down), showing how often the brand is mentioned in AI-generated responses across tracked prompts
- Citation Share with the same delta, showing the share of AI citations pointing to the brand's domain
- Sparkline charts for both metrics, so you can see the trend without clicking into the project
- Project name and logo for quick identification
Cards handle three states: active with data (shows all metrics above), "No data found" (when no data matches the selected date range), and "Pending configuration" with a "Get started" link that takes you into prompt setup.
Filters and controls
- Date range filter at the top (defaults to last 7 days). Applies to every card at once, so you're comparing all projects across the same window.
- Search bar to find a specific project by name.
- + New Project button to create a new GEO monitoring project directly from the hub.
From the three-dot menu on each card, you can pin a project, edit its configuration (tracked prompts, competitors, platforms, alerts), or delete it.
How to use Project Hub
Portfolio-level monitoring
For teams managing multiple brands, the hub makes cross-brand comparison instant. The delta arrows and sparklines show which brands are gaining or losing AI visibility, so you can allocate time and resources based on what you see.
Client reporting
The at-a-glance metrics and trend data on each card give you a ready-made starting point for client check-ins. Pair the hub with the Looker Studio connector to build cross-client reports that refresh automatically.
Onboarding new brands
Click + New Project to start a new GEO monitoring project. The setup flow walks you through brand, prompt, competitor, and platform configuration from the hub itself.
