Muse Spark tracking is now available in Writesonic. See whether Muse Spark recommends your brand, how it positions you against competitors, and which pages it cites.
Why we added Muse Spark tracking
Meta’s Muse is a personal AI agent that can research products, compare options, and take shopping actions on a user’s behalf.
A buyer can hand over their requirements and receive a shortlist before visiting a supplier’s website. That research can influence which businesses get considered without generating a visit you can measure in website analytics.
Writesonic tracks Muse Spark’s responses to your prompts. This gives you visibility into the model’s answers; personalised Muse agents may make different recommendations based on each user’s preferences and conversation history.
Track the questions that influence a purchase
You can now select Muse Spark in Writesonic’s Platform filter and review its responses to your tracked prompts.
The value of that tracking depends on the questions you choose. Include both:
- Category questions, such as “Which suppliers offer durable tools for commercial landscaping crews?” These test whether your brand enters the conversation without being named.
- Brand comparisons, such as “How does A.M. Leonard compare with Corona and Felco for daily crew use?” These test how your brand competes once a buyer is considering it.
Keep those results separate when assessing performance. Appearing in a prompt that already names your brand tells you something different from being recommended in an unbranded category search.
Prompt targets can help you build a prompt set around the buyers, buying stages, and markets that matter to your business.
Understand how Muse Spark positions your brand
Open a response to read the full answer alongside visibility, position, sentiment, brand mentions, and citation status.
In the example below, Muse Spark compares A.M. Leonard, Corona, and Felco for commercial landscaping crews. It frames Felco around long-term pruner durability, Corona around value, and A.M. Leonard around outfitting an entire crew.
That framing is useful marketing intelligence. A positive mention can still leave out the capability that matters most to your target customer. Equally, a competitor may be recommended for a requirement your product meets but your content barely explains.
Read for those gaps. Check whether the answer understands your intended customer, recognises your differentiators, and compares equivalent offerings. That gives you a more specific starting point than simply trying to increase mentions.
Find the content Muse Spark cites
Brand visibility and citations answer different questions. In the previous screenshot, A.M. Leonard appears in the response while its citation status is marked “No.”
For another prompt, comparing suppliers for professional paver installation, Muse Spark cites two A.M. Leonard pages covering hardscaping and paver tools. You can inspect those references in the citations panel.
This helps you decide where to investigate. A category page may need clearer product comparisons. A product page may leave warranty or compatibility questions unanswered. An outdated reference may explain an inaccurate description.
Your next useful update could be to an existing commercial page. Review the evidence already available before deciding another article is the answer.
A citation identifies a referenced page; it does not prove why the model recommended a brand. Treat changes as hypotheses, then monitor a consistent set of prompts to see whether the pattern persists.
Start with one commercially important category. Review the answers for missing or inaccurate information, then prioritise the pages that need attention.
